You will be required to submit a written assignment, which will be a Project based on the People Management Cycle. Once submitted, your assignments will be graded, and if you achieve a minimum of 50%+, you will gain your qualification in QQI Level 6 Effective People Management.
Additionally, you must submit a second written assignment, which will be a Learner Record—a self-reflective piece on what you have learned and how you will apply people management skills in your role moving forward.
Finally, you will submit a third written assignment, which will be an essay demonstrating your understanding of how to apply your new people management skills effectively.
